My situation was not typical and Jodi went above and beyond to make sure everything went as seamless as possible. She never hounded me or made me feel like I needed to make decisions immediately. She allowed me to take my time and there was no pressure. She communicated so well and always responded to me. I specifically remember a time when I called her and before I was able to hang up the call, she had texted me that she was in a class and would call me when she was done.
